HMT and Associates, founded in 1995, is a civil engineering and surveying consulting firm with offices in Canonsburg, PA. HMT provides high quality professional services to a variety of public and private clients. Our services include civil engineering, land surveying, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), code enforcement, zoning and UCC Building Code inspection.
We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer to perform a variety of tasks related to municipal engineering and site development. The ideal candidate will eventually manage the civil engineering services for the company.
Experience with municipal engineering, subdivision, land development and stormwater/MS4 projects
Experience preparing Site Layout, Grading, Utility, Erosion and Sedimentation Control and Stormwater Management plans
Familiarity with state and local environmental permitting requirements
Proficiency with AutoDesk Civil 3D
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google G Suite
Ability to manage multiple projects
Team player possessing strong communication, planning and organizational skills
Has the legal right to work in the U.S.
This position will require travel to job sites and meetings
B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years as a civil engineer
Professional Engineer (P.E) licensure preferred
